Get answers to common questions about Late fee.
We apply a late fee after a 10‑minute grace period to preserve schedule. Fee amount varies by service and is either a flat charge or percentage, disclosed at booking. Repeated lateness may affect future bookings.
Our standard grace period is 10 minutes. Arrivals after this window may incur a late fee to protect following appointments. If you expect to be late, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll try to accommodate when feasible.
If delays are unavoidable, please call ahead. We may waive the fee at our discretion for emergencies or transportation issues, but routine lateness is still subject to charge to ensure fairness. Communication improves the likelihood of accommodation.
Refunds for late fees are uncommon. If a mistake occurred or we accommodated you without schedule harm, we’ll review refunds case-by-case. Contact management with details and receipt so we can evaluate and resolve fairly.
Arriving late can shorten your allotted service time rather than reduce price. The late fee compensates for lost time and helps preserve overall quality by preventing rushed work; we prioritize clear communication to minimize impact.
Yes. Repeated lateness may lead to stricter booking requirements, such as deposits, earlier arrival requests, or temporary refusal of service to protect other clients’ schedules. We’ll notify you before any changes and aim to find solutions together.
